If you were on Twitter last night and you happen to follow me, I’m pretty sure you saw me express my absolute excitement for the release of “Push Back” by Christopher Martin (@Iamchrismartin). It is safe to say that I am a sincere fan of his music. I can’t really recall when I first heard one Martin’s song, it was probably back in 2006 and ever since then I’ve been keeping a sweet catalog of his music. I’d say that in the last two years his music catalog has been receiving the much deserved publicity that it should have received when Martin first made his entrance on to the Dancehall scene, with tunes released such as the smash hit “Cheater’s Prayer” on the Cardiac Strings Riddim produced by ZJ Chrome (@Zjchrome), “This Girl Is Dangerous” on the Danger Luv Riddim produced by Troyton Music (@Troyton_TM) as well as the tune dedicated to your favorite hangout spot “Chill Spot” on the Chill Spot Riddim produced by Chimney Records (@chimneyrecords).
I will definitely put the #TerriK stamp all over anything Martin records and releases. He has definitely been shelling out hit after hit and I am positive there is only much more great music to come. Read below a portion of his biography and be sure to press play on the above Music Player to catch a snippet of his latest single “Push Back“.
