Recently I had the pleasure of chatting with a producer I have been supporting for a few years now, that is Conroy of WE. I first heard  a production out of the Washroom Ent team entitled Bad Suh Riddim. I immediately feel in love with the riddim and pretty much followed WE’s production credits from then till now. This feature is the Poolside Riddim, honestly because I feel in love with Darrio and Konshens‘ tune on the riddim. The entire riddim is sweet but I am definitely a member of #TeamKonshensSojah without any hesitations or reservations. His bubbling tunes definitely send me to another world when I’m in the dancehall vybing! You can probably catch me in one vyb with my eyes closed just GONE! Lol.

Honestly, when I hear that signature Busy Signal ad-lib on a tune I am immediately overly excited for no real reason! Ahhhh tid! Despite his legal woes, Busy Signal has still managed to have a presence on the Caribbean music scene and with his upcoming release next month I can only expect and look forward to more great music to be released for the masses to enjoy. Now I have long considered Wayne Marshall to be one of my conscious artiste of choice but I was pleasantly surprised to hear his tune on this riddim. Who doesn’t really love a great summer tune talking about the great activities one can engage during those warmer months? I know I surely do! Especially since I have yet to touch Bermudian soil again and it’s been over 14 months! =(

Voicemail! This duo of late has been releasing some really solid tracks. That’s not to say that they are not known for their great tunes, but I am definitely enjoying their new surge of energy and the vybz they are shelling out I am truly a fan of. From those Rum & Redbull riddim days – Future Fambo has kept me rocking in the dancehall for years now and I was glad to see him on this latest riddim out of the Washroom Ent production camp.

NOW! To the ladies – MY GIRL TIFA! She’s been on my radar since about 2007/2008 and I have not stopped watching her strides in the business since. She constantly is evolving for me as an artiste – she is definitely representing for the ladies of the Caribbean. With her tune, Hold On, I am definitely sure the ladies will be requesting that in the dancehalls. Newcomer, Aiasha, adds her Caribbean flare to a classic R&B track by Mary J. Blige with her tune Si Mi Love Yah. Collectively this riddim was compiled very nicely. There is a variation in topics for which the artiste chose to speak about and the bounce of the riddim is just as sweet.

I hope you’ve enjoyed the sounds of the tunes featured on the Poolside Riddim produced by Washroom Entertainment. The riddim mix was done by @DJ_Kaos of Adrenalin Sounds. Check out his other mixes via #SoundCloud or #PodOmatic and be sure to follow him on Twitter to find out when he releases new mixes.
